Managing the end to end development of Interactive Voice Response
(IVR) applications. Application development includes Natural
Speech as well as Touch Tone applications. Extensive use of
the RUP process and tools to include ClearCase, ClearQuest.
Moving the project from viability to the company stage, through
executive approval, requirements gathering, design, development
and deployment. The purpose is to allow the customers to receive
up-to-date information, or allow them to update their instantly
and easily without having to speak directly to a person. Work

Accomplishments
• Delivered the ATM/Branch Locator application through
a series of challenges to timeline, budget, and interpersonal
conflicts.
- Migrated teams from current application methodology to the
bank standard Rational Unified Process.
- Successfully lead a new FraudWatch initiative through the
conceptual stage through definition leading to corporate budget
approval of $700,000
